I am a new member and a new Yorkie owner. Lexi was born on 9/22/08. We have never had a small dog. Previous Standard Poodle owner and Yellow Lab owner. Both now in doggie heaven. So with the kids off to college us empty nesters decided to get us a new baby! Never thought the husband would get a puppy that wasn't a future duck retriever! (she is sleeping on his lap right now!)
