The problem is she has too much room- Dogs WILL poop where they sleep if there is enough room to poop and lay down. You need to shove something like towels or pillows in the back of the crate so you only give her enough room to lay down and turn around. This is how she will learn to hold it over night. At first she will wake you at night to go out but as she gets older she will be able to hold it and you will be able to give her more room.
