Yes, most people take paypal although some might take money orders as well and some might take only money orders. It just depends on the person. If you really like something, pm(private message) the person and they will tell you what forms of payment they take. As for the pouch, I can't really tell you anything on that because we don't use them but I'm sure someone will be along who does.... good luck!
