Default how often should dentals be done?

my girl Dolly is about to turn three in a few days, yah!!
she's got a dental when she was a year and a half. and now I think she is in need of one again, I do keep up with regular cleaning plus petz life gel twice a week, but since she eats mainly can food (rabbit meat only) and is not a big chewer, plus due to her petite size, she didn't have good teeth to start with (puppy teeth did not fall out and adult teeth grown in all kinds of direction, got surgery done to pull out the puppy ones).

Im wondering, how often should dentals be done? is ayear and a half apart too often or is it okay? I really do want to keep her teeth as healthy as possible since they are so important and she has to stay with them for the rest of her life!

thanks in advance!
