 Yea for Yoda!
What a great story! My dog, Bula, actually started barking on a trail as we walked one day here on Cougar Mountain in Issaquah. Then, he used his mouth to grab his leash and pull me off the trail. He'd never done that before. A hiker came along and said that he'd just seen a bear cross the trail. Bula then stood in front of me and kept stamping his right hind paw on the ground as if to say, "C'mon, bear, bring it on!" It's pretty wonderful that these small animals can be so courageously protective of us! Good job, Yoda! |
