Stomach blood would be passed in the feces not the urine, and an indicator of blood from the stomach is black not red poop. The black indicates that the wound is from higher in the digestive process; red indicates it is lower. I would think it would take more treatment than antacids to repair a puncture in the stomach, and this could lead to serious infection.

The urine is filtered by the kidneys and blood in the urine indicates something is wrong with the kidneys and/or bladder, and this could be the result of crystals, stones or infection.
