Hi newbie welcome to YT this is a wonderful place to talk to yorkie lovers about any questions or concerns you may have. I live on the Eastern Shore of MD and I have some heart melters over here. You might want to try going to the AKC website for a local breeder in your area. Just make sure you have a really good idea of what a healthy happy yorkie should look like. If you aren't sure you could take a few pictures with your phone of the puppies and some information on the breeder and I am sure there will be loads of people on YT that would give you there honest opinion and help you in your search in any way we could.
