I included the information on blogs in the How to Use YorkieTalk Sticky
http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/yor...orkietalk.html, and admin says that they will send this to new members. 4doggiemama greets all new members and will also send them this link, so if they don't read their PM's maybe they will read that. There is only so much you can do, and if a new member chooses not to read anything, and still posts questions on blogs, those that read them, can perhaps, inform them that they should post their questions on the forum.
