 Caffeine addiction
Has anyone ever battled a caffeine addiction? I'm not even going to say how much I drink a day because it is A LOT and if I don't have even one glass before 9 AM, I have a migraine and end up throwing up. It's really getting out of control and I want to be healthier. I was just wondering if anyone has ever dealt with anything like this and how I can stop. I've tried quitting cold turkey and I was sick for 2 weeks.
