Does anyone know where any puppy mills are in Stafford, VA. I am NOT trying to buy a puppy. I'm trying to find out where one of my babies comes from. I know the "breeders" first name and I know where her kennel is (Stafford). I'm just trying to find a website or something. I can't come up with anything!
