Some of the questions you have posted really need to be put in different sections of the forum. I think you might be able to get more answers to your questions if you do that.

Was wondering.....are you using a crate or an ex-pen? If you can't get the pooing under control I would suggest that you use an ex-pen because that way she won't be walking in it. I have a rescue that has never learned to not poo in her ex-pen. She is brain damaged from abuse and I've just learned to accept it. She has a plastic kennel in her ex-pen where she sleeps so that she is not wallowing in the mess. Hate it, but that is the way it is with my Cocoa. Love her no matter what.
