My girl just turned 6 months old today. She does let us know when she needs to go potty by running around like a "mad women". Though she still has times when she just goes in the house
. It's maddening. The problem I have is she does potty in her crate.
I got her when she was 12 weeks old and she had no training what so ever!
She even messes on her blanket in her crate at night. I take her out right before bedtime and then I take her out before I go to work in the morning though it's pretty pointless because she has already messed in her crate. I know a dog isn't suppose to potty where they sleep, the other 2 I had, never did. Her crate is big enough for her to stand up, turn around and stretch out in. I am so at a loss with this.
With all of that being said, I would not give her up for anything and love Yorkies. She is the 3rd one I have had in the last 30 years.
