Puppies should not be given their first shots they are 9-10 weeks old. The antibodies they get from nursing will kill off the first vaccines and leave them completely unprotected. Vaccines given too soon are worthless.
Responsible Yorkie breeders do not sell their puppies before they twelve weeks old.
