Hi. I don't know about customs from the States to Korea, but I do know that when I traveled from Mexico to the States, they didn't let me bring any of my puppy's food in. They only let me bring in a small amount that was in her food bowl. I don't think they would have even let me bring in a sealed bag. RC is the only kind of food I can find in Mexico. Then there's Eukanuba, but I'm not too happy with that kind. But my puppy hates it. I guess I'll look to see what else is available too. I guess we're in the same boat.
