Exactly the way I wear mine. My hubby put my wedding band on my finger almost 28 years ago and it has come off only for repairs (twice) and for surgery - I was so pissed because they wouldn't just tape over it.
I don't always wear my engagement ring, so I can take it off without removing my wedding band.
