It could be the other pup is drinking more water.
I notice with mine, if she's running around, she drinks more water and when she pees it's almost clear.
Kind of like humans... I don't think there's any harm. Unless your pup is drinking an unusual amount of water and peeing a lot then there might be something wrong.
