There will be many Biewers at the BBCA Specialty which adhere to the standard. So, if you wish to see a Biewer that fits the standard perhaps that is where you can start.

Responsible breeders work towards breeding to standard...not changing the standard to fit dogs that do not conform. That is the point of having a standard. Do all breedings produce dogs that adhere to the standard? No. Responsible breeders then place these dogs as pets with non-breeding contracts. The answer isn't to say that we are producing mostly dogs with 5 legs so lets include five-legged dogs in the standard.
