we used to feed evo before going on Raw. Mine only pooped once or at the most 2x a day. i think with high quality food without filler, dogs tend to poop less and the poops are smaller. With Raw food, my girls poop less and the poops are so small. their bodies absorb all the good nutrients in the high quality food like evo. so i don't think you should worry.
