This legislation sounds like a bonanza for puppy mills and the ruin of small hobby breeders. YOUR NEXT PET PUPPY will probably HAVE TO come from a puppy mill. Small breeders just do not have the financial means to legally navigate around all these laws, fines, and fees. RISE UP AND REVOLT. PHONE AND WRITE TO YOUR POLITICIANS. Tell them to spend more time chasing criminals and illegal aliens and leave your pets alone.
