I wouldnt get him neutered at such a young age. I would wait untill 5-6 mos. Some vets wont even do it at that age. I dont know for sure its marking but thats what it sounds like. My Chachi does it outside and its just frequent and little bits of pee. I would get a belly band for him for now to save your furniture
