The inch would be the size of the white spot on an adult dog, not a puppy. If the puppy doubles in size, the white spot would also most likely. Of course, you are not selling these puppies as show potentials anyway.

As MyFairLacy said, the market is flooded with puppies from backyard breeders, hobby breeders, etc. The supply is far greater than the demand.
