  Unfortunately what helped with Lola, was that I met my boyfriend and he had a doggy too.  If you can handle another one, that's probably what works best to beat loneliness I think.  
 I did hear that leaving the tv on, and I would just leave all their toys out, and maybe give them a Kong or something to keep them busy for a while.  That's definitely an extremely long time to leave them alone by themselves though, so I would highly recommend trying to find a dog walker/friend or something to take them out.  Also, if you can afford it, doggy day care is also another option.
 
 My bf rescued his dog from a woman who couldn't take care of him anymore, and she used to leave him for very long periods of time alone.  It definitely caught up with him and gave him some very heightened anxiety about being left alone, still to this day.  Not to scare you at all, but I would definitely think about having someone come.  Good luck!!
