Well I have new neighbors Agian. 3rd set in 2 years. These neighbors are pretty loud on the tv (our living rooms butt up agianst each other), and they have 2 babies and just got a great perynees (sp) puppy. I can live with the tv noise but their gonna have to work with their puppy, and soon. They kennel it next to their tv so I get to hear it howl all night long. Drives my babies crazy. I asked yesterday very politely how kennel training was going. She said horrible. I tried to give her a little advice without sounding like a no it all. So everyone hope with me that this works out happily. Of course the army could just come through with their threat to move me
