Default Roxy can't get enough to eat!

Greetings,

Roxy just came off a bout of mucusy runny/soft pooping. She had been on boiled chicken breast and rice for about 4 days. I have been adding back veggies, yogurt and sweet potatoe fish treats very gradually. Her poo is back to normal for about 4 days now but she keeps bringing me her dish for food! I give her 1/2 cup of chicken breast, potatoes and veggies twice a day, 2T activia yogurt and either 1 treat and a few bites of raw carrot or 2 treats ( Van Patten's Natural Balance formula treats) along with her daily vitamins. She whines if I don't give her more. Today, I gave her just veggies- about 1/4 cup but she won't settle down. Yesterday, I broke down and gave her 1/4cup more food. How much is too much to feed, could it be a tape worm? (She didn't have worms before when she started with the mucusy stools.) I really don't want to go back to the vet right away. But I don't want to overfeed her either.
