I personally would not take my dog to the groomer at such a young age. I would want all rounds of DHPP to be complete first. Parvo is VERY contagious and usually fatal...puppies are extremely susceptible...I personally would not risk it. It's such a common disease that you really are taking a risk. A 3 month old puppy really should need any grooming at this point anyway...other than a bath and nail trim the only thing I can think that they'd do is maybe trim paws and tip the ears. I would personally wait another month.

Also, I have personally never heard of a great grooming experience at any Petco. Of course it all depends on the groomer, but I've heard so many unhappy complaints. I know at the Petco here they can shave short or shorter...that's about it. You take your dog in, it comes out shaved in this town.
