Are you kidding me???? I watched the video and was so shocked that the poor dog was in that hot car for a long period of time. That officer was so nice and helpful....i was crackin up when he wasn't sure if it was a boy or girl he looked at the privates and said "oh your girl" LOL how cute. The poor dog was so scared...Im glad he gave them a lecture, ticket and made them take the dog to the vet to see if it was ok. I hope that dog is being treated better now.
