It sounds a little like stomach bile... However I'd take him in to the vet as soon as you can! poor little guy, he has been through so much already! Broken paws? From the breeder? That makes me angry
I hope he is ok and will feel better soon ! Bring a sample in to the vet so they can find out exactly what it is he is throwing up.
