First let me say I do not plan on breeding my babies. I lost my job and am still unemployed so I have not had the money to get my girls spayed. I do have a male and I have been keeping him away from my girls since they were 6 months old. They are now 9 months old and still have not gone into heat. I hate keeping them apart but don't want to take the chance of them breeding. How long does it usually take for them to go into heat?
