Oh, I'm sorry, I keep forgetting my audience. Ok, the Germans breed Biewers to Yorkies and they call it the Yorkshire Terrier a la pom pon. In America, most breeders are breeding Biewer to Biewer "only" and call it the Biewer a la pom pon. Does this not constitute a new breed? If not, please explain? And please don't be nasty
