I agree with this, calcium is taken from cartilage, causing the ears to fall, during pregnancy and nursing. You might want to do a search on the proper kind and dosage to give her. Apparently, her regular diet isn't giving her enough to replace this. Many people add supplemental calcium during pregnancy. This is probably the same reason why teething puppies ears droop, calcium is needed to make new teeth, so again, it gets the needed calcium from the cartilage in the ear.
