I hadn't realized this thread was started so long ago. I'd be interested to see where the OP is now. On my few months here, I've seen a lot of problem behavior described, and it would be interesting to see how everything works out in the end. Do these yorkies ever get potty trained? Do they ever stop barking? Do they let you brush their teeth? We want to know!
