Its really up to her what she wants to do. But I don't think a dog should be crated or in a xpen all day long every day w/ no human contact or being able to run and play. Yorkies have alot of energy the need to run off!
How long does she leave the dog alone? Where does she leave it?(xpen, crate, etc.)
Maybe she could get her a friend so they could play together? Or if she does decide to find her a new home, we are looking to add to ours! Good luck in whatever she decides!
