As hard as it may be, she should give the Yorkie to someone who can provide more time and attention to the dog. Of course I thought of you first however hubby
is running interferance, so maybe you can help her find her Yorkie a forever home. I personally would rather place with a person than a shelter if possible. I wish you good luck!!!
P.S. Can you still keep working on hubby? Men may be the head of house but we women can turn the neck right or left.
