I know this thread is a little old, but I bought the bender ball kit at walmart for $20 and it is VERY intense and so far works very well. I still cannot get through 2 of the dvds without crying though, lol. I should take "before" pics, but I hate getting my picture taken, plus if I end up giving up, I will just have a pathetic before pic that never changed, lol.
