Give it a few years, if they pass enough laws like this one, your next yorkie will have to be imported from Europe cause they'll cost a couple thousand here. Of course you could buy from a puppy mill or pet shop since this bill is putting restrictions on hobby breeders with small numbers of dogs and not the puppy mills and petshops.
