I see no harm in rotating flavors, if the ingredients are essentially the same; it just that very little is known about the effects of the rotation diets some manufactures are suggesting. I think when your dog is vomiting and experiencing diarrhea it's always difficult for him, and not a good thing. This is a big stressor and can lower his resistance to other things. I guess it depends on how your dog responds.
