Even if YT didn't have a written contract she was under a verbal agreement to sell X amount of books and profits were to go to YT. Even with the lack of written contract all the emails and post that include Missy's own written words show the original intent and the outcome. She should be charged with Malicious intent , theft ( Grand theft if the amount turns out to be high enough) , and the selling of stolen property.
I am relatively new to YT and was not touched by Missy's dishonesty , but I hate the thought that all the nice people here that have been so helpful to me were taken advantage of by such a dishonest person. |
