Hi!
Your list looks good. You may want to add some Bitter Apple spray for areas they might find tasty to chew on. And you can also get some Natures Miracle spray from the pet stores. This is amazing stuff to use if accidents happen.
For grooming a fine tooth metal flea comb works well to get to any tangles that are close to the skin. And a slicker brush does a great job of finishing off the coat. Gracie Ruth has very cottony hair and it tangles easily, so I have a detangler spray that I use.
None of mine have every had a problem eating out of a bowl. Boo, however, is not fond of the blue color bowl so we got a white one and a tan one and he has no issues with those colors.
And Cheerios make a great treat for puppies. G and Yogi both love them. Boo, the mature man that he is

, will spit them out and give you a dirty look like you tried to poison him.
I buy the tiny little scrunchies from the Dollar Store to put their top knots up in. If you decide to go with the little groomer rubber bands, just be sure to use a small pair of siccors to cut them out, don't try to take them off and resue them, it'll pull out a lot of their hair. JMHO, I never leave any top knot in over night, I feel the scalp/hair needs time to relax to be healthy.
And you'll want to look into something for cleaning their teeth. Yorkies can have a lot of dental issues and if you get them use to having their teeth brushed now, it'll make it easier once their adult teeth come in.
Good luck and post some pictures when you can!
