Where is the bald spot at? Copper has one too put his was caused by a reaction to the rabies vaccine. if the bald spot is near an injection site, her's could be the same thing. It is not uncommon for these little guys to have a reaction to the vaccines because there is a significant amount of toxcicity to them.
If it is not at an injection site, then it could be a number of other things, I have seen yorkies that have temporarily lost hair where they have been scratched by something, Also ringworm will cause the hair to fall out, but it would look dry and a bit scaley. Hope that this helps some.
