Also, i never give out my address unless i have talked to them a few times, and know they are serious about coming over. With one caller, their first question was the price, the second was our address. I just said the area of town that we lived in, and said if they have any other questions, call me back. They never did of course.

I don't think any honest buyer would doubt you being cautious. Good luck!
