For dinner tonight? As in evening meal? We just call it tea here

Rump steak slow cooked(4/6 hours) in stock. When its done all of the steak will have broken into tiny pieces to make a rich meaty gravy. Poured over buttery mash and steamed veg!!!
Yumm! I have an hour before I have to get 'em in the oven (its 11.30am here).
