Regarding treats, Buddy Biscuits come to mind as well as Zukes Mini Naturals. They're both healthy treats, but you basically just have to find whatever motivates your pup!
If you have a Petco around, they have good treats. Both mentioned above I believe they carry.
YT member Chattiesmom makes treats called "yorkie yummies". You may try those as well. Good luck.
