Have you taken her temperature? It is possible she is in labor but usually a green discharge means a dead puppy or a detached placenta and that could cause the puppy to die. If she is running a high temperature I would not hesitate to take her to the vet. Are you feeling any movement at all? Considering her health problems I am surprised the vet does not want to see her.
