Not too paypal savy? No worries! Feel free to PM me your order and I will send a payment request to your paypal account. Once funds are received, your item will ship within 24 hours (Mon-Sat) and I will email/PM you the tracking #.

For payments using Paypal E-checks - Your order will not ship until your Paypal E-Check payment clears (3-4 business days) once your payment clears, your order will be shipped and you will receive an email/PM with the tracking #.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, & REFUNDS

Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs for returns and exchanges.

The Pet Kitchen has a 7 day return policy on new/unused products. Upon receipt of a return, an exchange, full refund or store credit will be applied within 48 hours. To request a return please e-mail sales@thepetkitchen.com for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 7 calendar days of the receipt of the product. All items returned must be new unused condition with all original packaging and paperwork included.
