This guy wasn't as nice, so I called customer service. The CS Rep was super nice and just asked me for the gas station number, address, and the cashiers name. She also will be sending me a $10 gas gift card. So I'm happy. I'm just glad I wrote everything down before leaving the gas station, and I had the receipt that was time stamped and had my evidence. Yay my $10 gas card will be coming in the mail!
