yorkiekids: thank you for putting a "human" spin on things. I know when I get me flu shot it does hurt for days especially when I raise my arm.
Now I just have to figure out how much is a mg? I have a syringe type dropper which I think I just need to give two lines on the syringe to her. Any ideas?

Depends on the dropper.
CC and ml are the same.
1 ml is 0.202884136 teaspoons.
There are 5 ml in one teaspoon.
So 2/5 teaspoon.
