Here is another heartbreaker. I do not know anyone in rescue in MO. Hoping that someone here might...or someone on here with a big heart might take this one in.
He looks awful...this just kills me.

He was brought as a "stray" to Higginsville Vet Clinic by a man.
Yorkie has cataracts, doesn't appear to hear, 8 lbs., may be over 10 years of age.
