Soreness and lethargy are pretty common after vaccines.
Did she get lepto?
Make sure her gums are nice and pink and that she isn't swollen anywhere. She also should respond to you. If not, it could be an emergency.
You can call your vet and ask if you can give pain meds if you think she needs them.
