Thanks everyone. I really appreciate the advice. I just had a litter of "Shorkies" (Shih-tzu mom and Yorkie dad). She didn't have a problem with her pregnancy, however, when it came time to deliever, she had so many puppies that her uterus wouldn't contract. She had to have a C-section and all 6 babies lived. They all did great and are at there new homes now.

Now that Ellie, my yorkie, is pregnant by the same sire, I am concerned that she too will have too many puppies. I am only hoping for 3, but you never know. I am now calling my sire, "Fertile Myrtle".

But, I am really scared about the delivery. Since I didn't have the standard delivery with my previous litter, I am concerned about not being able to get a puppy out if it gets stuck. We are going for X-rays at the end of the month, but I don't know if that will make me feel any better about it or not.

Ellie is my baby. I don't want anything to happen to her. I'm a nervous reck.
