This is an absolute horrible thing that has happened
But everybody MUST understand that dogs are not humans
they are animals ....
and that they will go by what comes natural to them
When a dog is confronted by a small animal .....
it's instinct is to kill
I am in NO WAY excusing what has happened but a baby should never
ever be placed within any dogs reach
